Hornchurch is located 15 miles North-East of central London with Romford to the north, Upminster to the east, Rainham to the south and Dagenham to the west. You can also find a library, post offices, a leisure and healthcare centre. The most important claim to fame is the Queen’s Theatre, which opened in 1953 and it still creates it own productions, runs workshops to create scenery and costumes, develops artists and has visiting companies.
