ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
EPCs are a legal requirement to have to showcase the energy efficiency of a property, with a minimum of band E with more restrictions coming up in the next 5 years.
GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATES
Additionally landlords are required to provide gas certificates to ensure that any gas appliance and supply point is safe.
PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTS
All electrical appliances need to be tested and approved for use by a qualified professional.
